Fibromyalgia Syndrome (FMS) is a common rheumatic condition; up to 20% of patients attending rheumatology clinics may have FMS. It is a heterogeneous disorder, consisting of a broad range of symptoms including muscle pain, fatigue, sleep disturbance, bladder and bowel abnormalities and reduced pain threshold. ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï would like to highlight the clinical debate around the nature of the condition.
